Most Common Dilemmas

Varis X PRO or Invictus X PRO?

Both models feature German Contact PRO 4 mm latex — the same top-tier grip. The difference is in the glove's construction:

  • Varis X PRO (Negative cut) = lighter, more fitted, direct ball feel. For goalkeepers who prefer dynamics and quick reactions.
  • Invictus X PRO (Roll Finger+ cut) = fuller, larger contact area, a more secure hand fit. For goalkeepers who value stabilization and a fully built-up glove.

X Series or go straight for X PRO?

  • X — a good solution for regular training and league matches. Quality Giga Grip 4 mm grip, without entering the top match-level tier.
  • X PRO — when you play premium-class matches and want German Contact PRO 4 mm latex + additional features (backhand, punching zone, double elastic bandage).

Match gloves or training gloves?

If you train often, consider two pairs:

  • Match: Varis X / X PRO or Invictus X / X PRO
  • Training: Invictus X Training (HARD+ 3.5 mm, more durable foam at the expense of grip)

A separate training pair extends the life of your match model.
