Order Process — 5 Steps
From the first email to equipment delivery for the entire team. Predictably.
Inquiry
Email (support@footballmasters.pro) or the store form. You provide: number of teams, players, approximate products (gloves + apparel), whether you want personalization.
Offer + design
The representative returns with a price offer and branding project (logo on gloves, apparel). 1-2 business days.
Club acceptance
Coach / club manager approves design + quantities. Approval day = production start.
Production
14 days from acceptance. In the meantime, status updates on WhatsApp every 3-4 days.
Delivery
Courier to club address. VAT invoice 14 days (or longer term for ongoing cooperation).
