2. Orders
You place an order by selecting products in your cart on footballmasters.pro or footballmasters.pl. At checkout you'll need: first name, last name, delivery address, email, phone.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are gross (includes VAT applicable to your delivery country).
- In the EU we follow the procedure VAT One-Stop Shop (OSS) — VAT goes to the delivery country, not Poland.
- Currency: PLN in Poland, EUR in most of EU, CZK/DKK/NOK/RON in respective countries (auto-detect).
- We accept: Przelewy24 (BLIK, card, quick transfer), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, cash on delivery (Poland).
- Sales receipt (receipt/VAT invoice) is issued by Football Masters to the email provided in your order.
3a. Warranty and liability
- Manufacturer warranty — 24 months from date of purchase for material defects (latex, seams, stitching).
- Statutory warranty — 2 years from delivery, per Article 556 of the Civil Code.
- Normal wear (natural latex abrasion) is not covered by warranty.
- Report: support@footballmasters.pro with photos. We'll review within 14 days.
4. Shipping
Details: Delivery. Processing time 1–3 business days in Poland, 3–7 days within the EU.
5. Returns and Claims
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without stating a reason (Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act). Details: Returns and claims.
6. Size chart
Goalkeeper gloves are available in sizes 4–11 (junior 4–7, adult 8–11). Use our free tool FM Lab — Hand Measurement, to find your size.
7. Amicable dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, you can use alternative dispute resolution: Consumer Rights Ombudsman, ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
