Order Process — 5 Steps
From first email to gear delivery for the whole team. Predictably.
Question
Email (support@footballmasters.pro) or store form. You provide: number of teams, players, estimated products (gloves + kit), whether you want customization.
Offer + design
Manager returns with pricing offer and branding proposal (logo on gloves, apparel). 1-2 business days.
Club approval
Coach/club manager approves the design + quantities. Approval date = production start.
Production
14 days from approval. Status updates on WhatsApp every 3-4 days in the meantime.
Delivery
Courier to club address. VAT invoice within 14 days (or longer terms with ongoing partnership).
