Terms and Conditions

Important: You finalize your purchase in the footballmasters.pro store (IdoSell engine). The following applies full terms and conditions footballmasters.pro. Below — a summary of the most important rules.

2. Orders

You place an order by adding products to your cart on footballmasters.pro or footballmasters.pl. During checkout, the following are required: first name, last name, delivery address, email, phone.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are gross (include VAT applicable to the country of delivery).
In the EU, we apply the procedure VAT One-Stop Shop (OSS) — VAT goes to the country of delivery, not to PL.
Currency: PLN in PL, EUR in most of the EU, CZK/DKK/NOK/RON in respective countries (auto-detect).
We accept: Przelewy24 (BLIK, card, fast transfer), Apple Pay, Google Pay, traditional bank transfer, cash on delivery (PL).
The sales document (receipt/VAT invoice) is issued by Football Masters to the email address provided in the order.

3a. Warranty and Guarantee

Manufacturer's warranty — 24 months from the date of purchase for material defects (latex, seams, threads).
Statutory warranty — 2 years from delivery, in accordance with Article 556 of the Civil Code.
Normal wear and tear (natural latex abrasion) is not covered by warranty.
Application: support@footballmasters.pro with photos. We will consider within 14 days.

4. Delivery

Details: Delivery. Delivery time is 1–3 business days within Poland, 3–7 days within the EU.

5. Returns and complaints

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason (Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act). Details: Returns and complaints.

6. Sizing

Goalkeeper gloves are available in sizes 4–11 (junior 4–7, adult 8–11). Use our free tool FM Lab — Hand Measurement, to choose your size.

7. Amicable dispute resolution

In case of a dispute, you can use out-of-court methods: Consumer Ombudsman, ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
