You play. You try. Doesn't fit? Return it, no questions asked. You have 14 days from receiving your package to withdraw from the contract — without stating a reason (Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act 2014).

What's not returnable
- Gloves used on the field (visible wear marks).
- Personalized products (name/nickname) — unless factory defect.
- Gift cards used up.
Complaints
Manufacturer warranty on gloves: 24 months from purchase date (material defects). Claims process:
- Describe the defect + send a photo to support@footballmasters.pro.
- We respond within 48 hours with instructions.
- We review claims within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return cost
Return shipping is covered by the customer (standard e-commerce practice). If we approve your claim, we cover the cost.
