14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

Returns and complaints

You play. You try. Doesn't fit? You return it, no questions asked. You have 14 days from receiving the package to withdraw from the contract — without giving a reason (Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act 2014).

Option A · Label in packageIn every glove package, we include a ready return label (InPost / DHL depending on your country). Stick it on, take it to a parcel locker / collection point. No printer, no queue.
Option B · Courier for returnDon't want to leave home? Click below — a DHL/InPost courier will collect the package within 24 hours. Cost 0 EUR as part of our 'No Questions Asked' policy.
Option C · Email FormPrefer classic? Download withdrawal form template (PDF) or fill out the online form below.

📦 Order courier for return (Option B)

We respond within a maximum of 2 hours on business days. The courier will arrive tomorrow or the day after.

What is not returnable

Complaints

Manufacturer's warranty for gloves: 24 months from the date of purchase (material defects). Complaint process:

  1. Describe the defect + send a photo to support@footballmasters.pro.
  2. We respond within 48 hours with instructions.
  3. We process complaints within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return cost

The cost of the return parcel is covered by the customer (standard e-commerce practice). If a complaint is accepted — we cover the cost.
