2. What data we collect

• Order details (name, surname, address, email, phone) — only when you place an order. Transferred to IdoSell (store operator) and Przelewy24 (payment).
• Technical specifications (IP, country, user-agent) — for language detection and aggregated traffic statistics. We do not store raw IP addresses for longer than 24 hours.
• Cookies (see Cookie Policy). Marketing and analytics only with your consent.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

• Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR — performance of a sales contract (order).
• Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR — legal obligation (invoice, complaints, returns).

4. Storage period

Order data: 6 years (accounting archiving obligation). Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn. Technical logs: 30 days.

• IdoSell sp. z o.o. — store and inventory management operator.
• PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24) — payment processor.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager (only with consent).
• Microsoft Ireland — Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, consent-only).
• TikTok Information Technologies UK — TikTok Pixel (only with consent).
• Courier company (InPost, DPD, DHL, Poczta Polska) — regarding the delivery address.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You can lodge a complaint with the President of UODO (uodo.gov.pl).

7. Transfer to third countries

Some providers (Google, Microsoft, TikTok) may process data outside the EEA. Transfer takes place based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the Data Privacy Framework.

8. Checkout

You finalize your purchase on footballmasters.pro (IdoSell engine). Upon proceeding to checkout, you become an IdoSell customer — their data processing terms and the privacy policy of footballmasters.pro apply.

9. Policy Changes

We publish changes on this page with their effective date. Significant changes are communicated via email to registered customers.
